FLEXIBILITY
Modern life isn’t always set in stone and so one of the key benefits to short term letting is the flexibility it offers. At Dickins we start lets any day of the week, Monday to Sunday, and you can book any period from 3 days up to 6 months. If you need to extend your stay, that will be fine as long as the home you’re staying in is available. You won’t find that adaptability anywhere else in Edinburgh. Dickins are unique.

We inspect our homes regularly to make sure they’re always in tip top condition, they are cleaned to 5* hotel standards and if a problem arises during your stay, we have an experienced, professional team of contractors who will resolve issues as quickly as it is possible. We’re good problem solvers and will always find solutions.
We loved this apartment! We have stayed in self-catering flats before which were comfortable but this was like a home from home! The supply of books was brilliant. It was just a pity we weren’t staying longer

The vast majority of owners whose homes we look after on a year round basis stay in them from time to time. All we ask is that you let us know when we’ll take care of the rest.
