At Dickins, the longer you stay, the less you pay, so if you’re staying with us for between 4 and 10 weeks, you’ll receive a 20% discount and if you stay for 10 weeks or more you’ll receive a 25% discount. If you search our homes using dates, then you’ll get an exact price for your stay which includes these discounts. We offer great flexibility too, so you’ll be able to extend your stay in the capital city if you need to as long as the home you’re staying in is available.

Just a wee note to say a huge thank you for recommending the house. It was as you described just out of this world!! We loved every minute of it especially the fire and the beds were incredible please can you tell me where you get the bedding and duvets? We almost wished our weekend away to get home to get into bed!!

Our prices include WiFi, linen and towels, council tax and reasonable use of gas and electricity, so you just need to bring your suitcase and laptop, unpack and relax. If you’d like housekeeping during your stay, we can arrange that (for an extra charge.) Our kitchens will be fully equipped so that you can cook at home if you’d like to – our homes are self catering after all and there are some amazing independent food shops and farmer’s markets in Edinburgh to make the most of or you might prefer to eat out and we’ll let you know where’s great.
