About This Home

Sensational, special and oh so spacious are words that come to mind to describe this wonderful four bedroom home on Eton Terrace. It is a home made for gathering people you love around you and having an amazing time together.

Eton Terrace is an impressive Victorian building and you enter into a private staircase on ground floor level. The staircase itself is beautiful. The living spaces are on the second and third floors of the building. The climb up the stairs is absolutely worth it when you see the staggering views from all the windows in this home. They truly are breathtaking, even if you live in Edinburgh!

The dining kitchen is the heart of this much loved home and you'll see from the photos how special it is. There's a bay window with the most phenomenal views over North Edinburgh. There's a huge family dining table to seat 8 comfortably. The owners of this home love to cook, and so you'll find this home very well equipped for cooking at home. There are a couple of bar stools by the island for chatting whilst you cook, two ovens, a large fridge freezer and a pantry. The sun streams into this delightful room too.

Also on this lower level, you'll find the pretty sitting room with comfy green sofas and a TV. Next door there's the first of the four double bedrooms. This one is so comfy with a supeking bed and there's lovely art on the walls. Next door there's an attractive shower room and a separate guest loo.

Upstairs you'll find the remaining three bedrooms. All the bedrooms have phenomenal views and luckily there are window seats so you can sit and stare for a while. The master bedroom is a pretty room with a very comfy superking bed, lots of storage and an ensuite shower room. There are two further bedrooms, one kingsize and one double bed. Both have desks and one has a yellow sofa. There is also a family bathroom on this level with a shower and a wonderful bath tub and off this room there's a utility room.

Eton Terrace is such a spectacular home. You will feel so glad you booked it.

West End & Dean

Your New Neighbourhood

Edinburgh’s West End and Dean is a popular, smart area. Running West from Queensferry Street to Magdala Crescent and North from Buckingham Terrace and Belgrave Crescent across the Dean Bridge to Shandwick Place in the South.

The Victorians created the West End and aimed to make it bigger and grander than the Georgian New Town. The streets are wide and the stone buildings enormous with huge high ceilings. The wide crescents often have private gardens in the middle and the area feels elegant and opulent. Princes Street can be easily reached on foot and Haymarket Station and the trams are close by too. William Street and Stafford Street are the West End’s most charming shopping streets and they are packed with exciting independent boutiques and some lovely restaurants and cafés. Around the corner magnificent Melville Street is home to various consulates and important companies. St Mary’s Cathedral rises above the West End and is perfect for lovers of angelic choral singing as they have a celebrated music school.
