The highlight of this excellent home is the location and amazing bird's eye view from the balcony. From the balcony you have a 180 degree view along The Shore and up to Calton Hill. You'll be able to while away hours here, just watching the world go by. Secure parking is included in the rental with this home too.&
The apartment feels luxuriously spacious. The living space is a great size and you'll find comfy sofas and a TV and a dining table. The door to the balcony is by the dining table. The kitchen is close to the dining area and it's well equipped for cooking at home, although there is the most amazing selection of restaurants, including some of the finest in the city, within a few minutes walk.&
There are two double bedrooms and they're both very comfortable and spacious. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower room and then there is a family bathroom in the hallway with a shower over the bath.&
Secure parking is included in the rental and there is lift access.&&
Tram stops outside the door to take you from Leith to airport via the city centre.

The neighbourhood
Leith is a brilliant Edinburgh neighbourhood. Much loved by people that call this part of town home. It's a joy for foodies with so many great restaurants in the area like The Kitchin and Martin Wisharts, Fishers, Dulse Little Chartroom, Razzo Pizza and Alby's. There are also great bars nearby. Leith Walk is closeby and you'll find all sorts of great local shops there as well as buses to take you into Edinburgh. Once the tram extension to Leith opens in 2023, it will be great as there's a stop at the bottom of this building.& &

24 hour cool-off period: Providing you book more than fourteen days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours of making it and we will refund 100% of any charges.
Cancelling after the booking is confirmed: Once a confirmation of booking has been issued to you via email by Dickins, you are responsible for the total price detailed. If you need to cancel, Dickins will try to relet the period for you and if they are successful, you will be reimbursed with the value of the relet less a £75 + VAT charge. If they are not able to relet the period, you will be responsible for the full rental cost. It may be a good idea to make sure you have travel insurance which covers cancellation.
