About The Space&
There's a great vibe and sense of style about this brilliant home. The star of the show is the fabulous dining kitchen - the real heart of this home. It's well equipped for dining at home. There's a dining table seating 6 comfortably and a lovely chair for grabbing a quiet moment with a cup of tea. Next door the sitting room is simply and stylishly furnished. It's a smart TV, so you can access your TV accounts here. The main bedroom is quietly situated at the back of the building overlooking the garden. It's a peaceful, calm room and there's a small desk by the window for home working/studying.&
The second bedroom is a cute space which can be used flexibly. There's a desk - so this can be a workspace. There's also a platform bed which children will enjoy and a chair which folds out to form a single bed - so this room can sleep two children or an adult who doesn't mind using the platform bed. The family bathroom is well designed with a shower over a traditional roll top bath.&
We're sure that guests will love their stay in this gorgeous Grove Street home.&

Fountainbridge
Fountainbridge is an area which is on the up. For us it runs from The Western Approach Road in the North to Gilmore Place in the South and from Lothian Road in the East to Grove Street in the West.
Fountainbridge has become favoured by businesses after large scale redevelopment of the area created new office buildings. Kick starting the redevelopment was the creation of the Edinburgh International Conference Centre back in 1995. It was part of the Exchange District which was designed by the architect Sir Terry Farrell. 200,000 delegates every year use the EICC.
