We want you to have the best possible stay in your home from home and our Concierge at Dickins services will help to do that. We’ve found special people and companies who offer unrivalled services to make your stay extra special.
We offer housekeeping services, babysitting and childcare. Lewis can meet you directly at the home with keys and help you with your bags. Littles can collect you from the airport in a chauffeur driven car. Artisan Larder supplies locally sourced artisan food in your fridge on arrival and Nichola Pearce is a brilliant personal chef.

Housekeeping Services
Our homes are self–catering, but we know that many of you like to be taken care of whilst staying in your Dickins home. So, if you would like to have housekeeping services during your stay we’d be delighted to arrange that for you.

Executive Car Services
Concierge at Dickins is delighted to recommend Littles. They were established in 1966 and are a proud family business providing a highly tailored executive chauffeur service including airport transfers and travel within Edinburgh and beyond. They own and operate over 45 luxury vehicles and their team are available 24/7 to organise chauffeur driven travel.
With a fine selection of Mercedes, Jaguar and Lexus on fleet, their fully uniformed chauffeurs will ensure your travel is seamless. Little’s are able to collect or drop off keys from our office. We received the most wonderful service from your chauffeur during our time in Scotland, making our trip most memorable. Our designated chauffeur, Chris, was just wonderful, providing commentary throughout but always discreet and polite.
Meet and Greet Service
Concierge at Dickins can organise Meet and Greet services.
Keys for our homes are collected and dropped off at our office. If you’d prefer a meet and greet service at the home you’ve booked, we can organise this for you. Please contact Claire in our operations team at [email protected]
You need to book meet and greet at least 72 hours in advance.
I was leaving early to get to the airport and it was perfect to be able to use Lewis, he arrived on time and even helped us with our luggage.
Babysitting and Nanny Service
Concierge at Dickins are delighted to recommend The Care Necessities for babysitting services. They are a bespoke boutique childcare agency who understand the pressure of modern family life and design their services around your routine. They are registered with The Care Inspectorate, Disclosure Scotland and the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG).
Offering more than simply ‘sitting,’ they supply experienced, reliable and talented care providers to families with children of all ages. Ideally give them as much notice as possible, but it’s still worth trying them with as little as 12 hours notice. Please quote Dickins when booking. We have arranged babysitting through The Care Necessities for five years. We have been very happy with every sitter they have provided – all have been responsible, professional and delighted to hang out with small children! We have always felt reassured that we are leaving our child in safe hands.

Private Chef
Concierge at Dickins is delighted to recommend Nichola Pearce. Nichola’s food is delicious, healthy and local. Nichola has cooked for various Dickins clients and they’ve always been absolutely delighted with her and her food. Nichola has 25 years’ experience as a personal chef, cooking for high profile clients in the UK and abroad including actors on Star Trek Beyond and Trainspotting 2.

Nichola’s cooking is magic. Everything was perfectly thought out, executed, and adapted to our needs, using always the freshest ingredients. It was the best food we have ever had.
