It feels like the first Scottish summer in years that we actually have the weather to enjoy it! These quasi Mediterranean temperatures have us heading to the beach and opting for al fresco dining. Thankfully, there’s a range of brilliant cafes and restaurants in Edinburgh that have outdoor terraces so you can soak up the rays. 1. Monteiths
