Providing you book more than fourteen days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours of making it and we will refund 100% of any charges.
Once a confirmation of booking has been issued to you via email by Dickins and you have made the downpayment or full payment, you are responsible for the total price detailed. If you need to cancel, Dickins will try to relet the period for you. There is a £75+VAT fee for doing this. If they are successful, you will be reimbursed with the value of the relet. If Dickins are not able to relet the period, you will be responsible for the cost in full. Please make sure you have travel insurance which covers cancellation. If you need to cancel and Dickins organises more than one booking of shorter durations than your original booking, then you will also be responsible for the housekeeping changeover costs, admin fees and welcome packs. Any money repaid to you will be limited to the value of your original booking. The minimum period we will try to relet is one week and the booking needs to be paid in full before we try to relet it.
