Just a couple of minutes from Broughton Street, the house is close to some of the New Town’s best boutiques, restaurants, cafes and food stores.
This is an extremely impressive home with a sense of style and attention to detail. With high ceilings, architectural features and large rooms, the property is normally enjoyed as a family home.

This is a serene gem of an apartment and yet the location on Broughton Street means that there’s so much fun to be had just on the doorstep.
Hints of the building’s Georgian history are highlighted in the fabulous sitting room, which enjoys high ceilings, wooden panelling, shutters and pretty cornices. As well as original wooden floors, there are two windows which allow the light to flood in.
The interiors are pale and serene and there’s a simple and relaxed vibe to the apartment. The comfy sofa is the perfect spot for curling up after a long day of festival shows while a dining table to seat 4 allows you to entertain friends and show off your Dickins home from home!

Gayfield Square, East New Town
5 Gayfield Square is a six bedroom late Georgian house on a leafy square in Central Edinburgh. It was recently completely renovated in a relaxed but stylish way.
Spread over four floors, with a beautiful curving central staircase, the ground floor comprises a large kitchen/diner and adjoining TV room, WC and playroom. While the first floor houses a formal drawing room, two large bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite), the top attic floor is a light filled oasis with four further bedrooms and two bathrooms.
There is space for two cars at the back of the property and a delightful small garden to the front which overlooks the green of Gayfield Square itself. The house is a stone’s throw from Broughton Street, a five-minute walk to Carlton Hill and a ten-minute walk to the Royal Mile.

St Stephen Street, Stockbridge
Decorated in a traditional style, this charming apartment has homely, almost cottage-like, feel. Located on St Stephen Street, there are brilliant restaurants, cafes and boutiques on the doorstep and the fab Sunday Stockbridge market is just at the end of the street.
The sitting room is pretty with plenty of light, lots of comfy seating, a dining table, an electric piano and bookcases crammed full with interesting books. The master bedroom is a peaceful, large room with a desk study area and a small, but cosy, single bedroom is perfect for a child or an occasional guest.

This homely two bedroom apartment is situated right beside Bruntsfield Links. If you’re a couple or a small family this is the apartment for you. Available throughout the Festival, the flat is located around the corner round the corner from a treasure-trove of fantastic shops, restaurants, and cafes.
The moment you step across the threshold of this apartment you will feel at home. The apartment is decorated with wonderful one-off pieces of artwork, as well as unique treasures collected from around the globe. The sitting room is a cosy space with two comfortable sofas and ornamental fireplace. If you like to entertain there is a fold out dining table which can seat six people.
